Review of Gisborne Motel:
I greatly enjoyed my stay at this budget-friendly hotel for one night. the staff was incredibly patient and helpful, and I appreciated the early check-in. the family room was practical and compact, complete with a toaster, microwave, electric kettle, and fridge. the property is situated in a quiet area, yet it's conveniently close to shops. it's near the township and various services, making it a great spot to rest before heading to Tullamarine Airport for my interstate departure.

I recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices in the area. Secondly, the staff were attentive and provided great service, especially when I arrived late from the airport. Additionally, the basic amenities in the room, such as the comfortable bed and the inclusion of breakfast, were well appreciated. Lastly, the hotel's location was convenient, particularly for those needing to catch an early flight from Tullamarine airport.
Minor improvements could be made, but overall, everything was satisfactory.

The motel is situated in a quiet location, which makes it ideal for those seeking tranquility and relaxation. the motel is close to shopping facilities, which is convenient for those who want to indulge in retail therapy. the motel is also on the outskirts of town, making it ideal for those on business in the Sunbury area. the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. the bathroom is clean, albeit a bit dated. the service is friendly and helpful. Guests can enjoy a continental breakfast, which is a great way to kick-start the day.
The view from the motel is not particularly impressive.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable with an electric blanket for added coziness. Watching movies on the big TV with the DVD player was a nice touch. The location was convenient, close to the main street for meals, and easy access to the Calder Freeway for a smooth journey home. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The rooms may be small, but they are clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail like limited space for hanging towels and a toaster. I had a very good stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the facilities offered. Secondly, the location on the outskirts of Melbourne was great, providing a quiet atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed and at home. Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms, such as the toaster and the included breakfast, were a nice touch that added convenience to my stay.
The only area for improvement was the identification of the hot and cold taps in the shower.

Spent Christmas night at this motel and it was totally worth it. the room was very clean and comfortable with excellent linen on the bed. the value for money was excellent and we got complimentary WiFi which was a nice touch. the location was also great since it was in close proximity to everything we needed. the heater was turned on before our arrival so the room was warm and cosy.
The taps in the shower could have been better identified since we struggled to figure out which one was hot and which one was cold. Apart from that, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this motel to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable option for a short stay.
